Our commitment
Ben Cat USA is working to make bencatusa.net accessible and usable, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target.
Measures we have taken
- A "Skip to main content" link and consistent page landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer).
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, where provided.
- Form fields with visible labels, and error messages that are announced and linked to their fields.
- Menus, dialogs, and forms designed to work with a keyboard.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and that respect reduced-motion settings.
Known limitations
This website has not yet been formally audited for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, and some areas may not yet meet every guideline. Content provided by third parties — such as the Cloudflare security check on our forms, the Google Translate service, and the downloadable policy checklist PDF — may not be fully accessible. We review the site as it changes and fix issues as we find them.
Translation
The page translator uses automated machine translation, which may contain errors. The English version controls for legal documents and disclosures. Personal assistance is available in English and Vietnamese.
